I have been accepted to a few pt schools. Is it possible to say yes to two pt schools at one time? Do pt schools know if you have already said yes to a program?

Most (all?) DPT programs require you to put down a non-refundable deposit as a means of committing to that program. You can put down a deposit for multiple programs, but you would subsequently lose out on the deposits for whatever schools you "accepted" but don't end up attending. People often put down a deposit to the first school they are accepted to, even if it is not their top choice, just in case they do not get in anywhere else.

As far as I am aware, schools do not know whether or not you have been accepted, and/or committed to attending, other schools.

I believe PTCAS posts how many acceptances you received but not where.... sometime in March. Programs know we apply to many.....they created the domino effect that's why there is a waitlist and some of us don't get offers until late in the cycle when we start pulling out of schools when we get into our top choice.
