Has anyone called an admissions office for school and them giving you an attitude like a sarcasm? I love that because I sure don't back down 🙂.

That's the one thing I wouldn't do, if* your idea of not backing down is giving them an attitude right back. You don't know if the person responding to you is having a bad day or what his or her situation is to make him or her act that way. If this one thing would rile you up and the admissions committee remembers that you called and acted this way, what would they think about you as a future physical therapist?

If a future patient you had wasn't agreeable and acted out, would you try to act as professionally as possible or give him or her lip back? That's the question you want to ask yourself when dealing with people that may potentially have a say in your admission.

I have had a sassy interaction with an admissions office through email but I just killed them with kindness, that makes me more satisfied than fighting back. But every school other than the one I have had nothing but the best people working with me.

I had one poor experience with admissions at one of the schools. Very condescending and arrogant. Honestly it really turned me off to the entire school. I know it's just one interaction but it soured me on them....

Yes, this has happened and by the end of the conversation the person on the other end was extremely friendly. I was accepted to the school later the same week. Someone must have just had a case of the Mondays. Everyone has a bad day so I try not to judge.
