There are no interesting clubs (to me) at my school. Will it hurt me in the admissions that in four years, I was never involved in any school activities? Anyone get in with no clubs/societies experience? Thanks.

an EC doesnt necessarily have to be a club or society. if your school has a pre-med society, that would be useful, you might actually learn something from the meetings and its an EC! honor societies count too. but you should definitely make it a point to get involved in something, at school or elsewhere. school just happens to have alot of opportunities laying around. volunteer work is the best thing you can do, and it doesnt have to be in a hospital. play with kids in a day care center, register people to vote.. stuff ilke that. dont join something just so you have 20 EC's to list. quality over quantity!!

It's not necessary to have clubs, it's sort of just like sprinkles on the sundae. Plus, you could always start one . . .
