fordham, cuny, long island university, columbia....some other places like adelphi and yeshiva have psyds. i am sure there are some others too. you should get the guide to graduate study in clinical and counseling psychology. it lists all of the programs and provides a little sketch of the orientation, research-clinical balance, requirements, etc. of each program, plus it offers a lot of good advice as to managing the application process.
