Just following the suggested template:

2. 511- 128 127 129 127
3. Virginia resident
4. White
5. Mid-low tier UG
6. Clinical experience- 90 hours- child life volunteer
7. HIV lifestyle research- about 150 hours- included conducting participant interviews and physical fitness tests- Presented a poster twice at my school and it looks like I will be on several publications in addition to a possible first author paper during the next year.
8. Shadowing experience- 34 hours family med, 24 hours interventional cards, 30 hours pediatric oncology
9. 100ish hours teaching hands only cpr in community settings with a cardiology NP- led a team of 5 people and taught close to 1000 people total
Random other volunteering- 25 hours
10. Organic chemistry lab TA- 1 semester
In a couple clubs but not very involved
intramural sport team captain
11. None
12. Work experience during college- about 1 year as an assistant farmer- 25 hours/week
Waiter- 7 months- 30 hours/ week
Orgo TA- 1 semester (stated above)- 10 hours/week
Also was in ROTC for a year before becoming premed

UNC
SLU

George Washington
Stanford for S & Gs

Schools I am considering but need to look into more
