In your position, you can just choose geographically. You could consider the Texas schools with your stats, but it looks like from your current list that you want to stay in the northern half of the country? The reason I mention the TX schools is that they are a bargain financially. Keep adding to your shadowing experiences, IMO.

All in all, your list looks pretty good.
