Without looking at the MSAR, it looks like your school list save for a handful seem to match your GPA/MCAT. The problem with your app is that it doesn't read like someone who wants to be a physician. Shadowing is great, but you don't have much clinical experience to show adcoms that you want to be a physician. The research associate position you label as clinical volunteering isn't really all that clinical so if you look at it that way you have no clinical experience at all. Your app reads like someone who may want to do a PhD program.

You have a good list but UConn and U Arizona accept few non residents with your MCAT and no connection to the state. You could add Tufts and Georgetown from your maybe list. You could also add these schools:
Albany
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
TCU-UNT
Loma Linda
