CMU, MSU, UA, UConn, FSU, LSU, WVU, and USC (south carolina) all strongly prefer in-state applicants or those who fit their mission well

Why not add the Puerto Rican schools and some DO programs for safety's sake?

Look for MD schools with average MCATs < 513 on MSAR who are OOS friendly and any DO programs you are interested in

Your clinical experience is somewhat low as well... can you add another 40-100 hours before app time?

If I include MD Schools with 513 average, it should be those that have my score within the range that MSAR shows, right?

Also, I'll try but with the coronavirus emergency it will be a bit more complicated, If I apply early in June, can I put projected clinical exp. hours for the summer?

Some programs don't consider projected hours but any hours you could get until then would prove helpful

I suggest these schools with your stats:
All the Puerto Rico schools
NOVA MD
Miami
George Washington
Georgetown
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Seton Hall
Einstein
New York Medical College
Quinnipiac
Tufts
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
St. Louis
Creighton
TCU-UNT
Kaiser
California University

I'll also say the LSAMP will help you. Don't hesitate to reach out to diversity/student affairs officers at the schools of greatest interest, as well as student organizations like AMSA and the LMSA chapters at schools.
