I am currently working at a prominent hospital in clinical research, by time of app I will have ~2000 hours, and another 2000 anticipated... could use some opinions on whether or not I can split the hours for this job between paid clinical and research like 60:40 or 30:70... or is that not advised??? Will also have ~100 clinical hospice volunteering completed and another anticipated 200 or so.

Clinical research is tricky, and you'll get differing opinions on this. But you ultimately describe what you did and how many hours. I would like a description to render an opinion.

I completed 400 hours of undergrad research, no pubs or posters, but can speak very passionately and highly about this. Again don't know if im allowed to include hours from my clinical research in research, if so ~1500 additional???

IDK??? I want to make sure I have enough targets/baselines, but also want to shoot high? Idk based on my app what do you guys think I should add, swap, remove. What are some schools I haven't thought of that may favor some of my experiences?

Have you connected with SNMA or LMSA chapter officers at the schools on your wishlist? That would give you insight on shooting higher.

So in my FT position i really do a mix of both research aspects and patient interaction. lots of chart reviews both retrospective and in real time, data management and entry, literature reviews, etc. but then also do in person patient recruitment and enrollments, symptom checking, informed consent, etc. So i am engaging with patients in person to enroll in the trial and then following up with them throughout to collect info on how they're doing presenting etc. I work on multiple projects on my team as well more research oriented. so i get both which was why i was hoping to split it someway.

Consider this a draft for what you would write in W/A; change into sentences:
* Patient recruitment, eligibility evaluation, enrollment, and consent (X hours)
* Project assisting (Y hours)
