If you are trying to apply TMDSAS, how are you preparing for Casper?

The limited activities descriptions makes it very hard to elicit a sense of purpose or mission fit. As it stands, the experience hours signal "cannon fodder", but nothing disclosed would compel me to recommend an invite to interview. The profile makes me wonder, "Why not a PhD?"
