MD & DO School List Help - 507 MCAT Downward Trend GPA

Hello everyone!! I plan on applying to as many as possible (40-50), both MD and DO.

I am an Asian Male, First Generation, SES-Disadvantaged.
  • Year in school: Community College --> UCLA graduate
  • Country/state of residence: California
  • Schools to which you are applying: Anywhere/everywhere except Caribbean
  • GPA:
    • Science - 3.53 (3.76>3.67>3.44>3.40)
    • Cumulative - 3.47 (3.45>3.55>3.50>3.36)
    • Non-Science? - 3.35
    • Two 2 C-'s the final two quarters in Molecular Biology and Plant Molecular Biology
  • MCAT Score:
    • 507 - 128/124/128/127 - (6/27/2020)
  • Research:
    • UCLA Undergraduate Research (1 year, 1300 hours)
      • Honors research thesis
      • 2 poster presentations
      • 1 fellowship award
    • Stanford SoM Gap Year Research (2 years, 3500 hours)
      • 2 second-author publications in journals with impact factor ~10
      • 1 abstract publication (conference canceled due to COVID)
      • 5 submitted manuscripts (first author, second author, contributing author)
    • Local newspaper feature for leading HS students on COVID-19 research
  • Volunteering (clinical) – include hours/sites:
    • UCLA Hospital (1 year, 200 hours)
  • Physician shadowing – include hours/specialties:
    • No formal shadowing but I was also able to shadow during my volunteer shifts at UCLA (e.g. watch procedures, observe rounds)

    • Eagle Scout (9 years, 1200 hours)
  • Extracurricular activities:
    • Vice President and Coach of Club Sport
    • Participation in Sport (top 7% in country, qualified for nationals)

    • Research Advisor/Principal Investigator for High School Researchers (1 year, 120 hours)

  • LORS: I know they will be strong because of my close relationship with these professors and their experience in writing letters.

    • UCLA Professor (1 lecture, 1 lab, both As)
    • Stanford PI, MD/PhD
    • no DO LOR
  • Immediate family members in medicine? (y/n): no
  • Specialty of interest: Family Medicine, PMR
  • Interest in rural health (y/n): yes
If things don't go my way this cycle, should I apply to a Master's program? Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you Faha! Would you say that I have a decent chance at the DO schools, and the MD schools are more of a "reach"? I just would like to get an idea so I can prioritize secondary writing.
