Hello! I am looking to finalize my school list for this upcoming cycle
  1. cGPA: 3.99; sGPA: 3.99
  2. MCAT: 520 (132/129/130/1129)
  3. State of Residence: Oregon
  4. Ethnicity: ORM
  5. School: Large Public State School
  6. Clinical experience:
    1. 230 hours volunteering at local hospital
  7. Research:
    1. 600 hours in HS and into college, 3rd author pub
    2. 400 hours undergrad Honors thesis, abstract accepted for presentation at a national conference but canceled due to Covid-19 :( , preparing a manuscript now
  8. Shadowing:
    1. 70 hours, evenly split between primary care and specialties
  9. Non-clinical volunteering:
    1. 160 hours tutor at local high school
    2. 40 hours at hospitality center for underserved
  10. Other extracurricular activities
    1. College rugby player ( 4 years)
    2. Co-Chair of Student Health Advisory Board on Campus ( 3 years)
    3. Learning Assistant ( 2 years , 200 hours)
    4. Peer Reviewer for Undergrad research journal ( 1 year, 50 hours)
  11. Relevant honors or awards: Dean's list, some scholarships, etc.
  12. Anything else not listed you think might be important: I'm interested in academic medicine. I'm starting as an NIH IRTA postbac in July during my gap year.
Tentative school list:

OHSU
Northwestern
UChicago
Vermont
Colorado
Columbia
Cornell
Mt. Sinai
Albert Einstein
Stony Brook
Hofstra
Rochester
Case
St Louis
Emory
Pitt
USC Keck
Wayne State
Miami
UVA
Washu STL
Wake Forest

Is my clinical experience an issue? I have been volunteering since June 2017 but I know the total # of hours isn't great.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I think that you're good to go, but if you can bulk up the non-clinical volunteering by engaging in service to others, you'll even more merit the schools that your stats deserve.

I suggest the following:
Vanderbilt
WashU
Yale
JHU
U Chicago
U Penn
Northwestern
Columbia
Harvard
Stanford
Mayo
Cornell
Sinai
BU
U VA
Duke
Case
UCLA
UCSD
UCSF
U MI
Albert Einstein
Hofstra
Ohio State
Pitt
U Cincy
USF Morsani
Baylor
Dartmouth
Rochester
USC/Keck
Western MI
Emory
Jefferson
Miami
SLU
Tufts
U IA
U VM

I got a 528 MCAT and 4.5 GPA with 50,000 volunteer hours as a brain surgeon ... what do you think are my chances of getting into the C U of the Caribs?

:D:p

Are you thinking MD/PhD then? Not that it's an automatic assumption, but a lot of good applicants interested in research-focused schools and MD/PhD-like tracks have done the NIH IRTA. You also may not get a lot of encouragement to do any clinical or non-clinical volunteering outside of your research, so I just wanted to be sure you know that.

Thank you for the reply! I am not doing MD/PhD but I am interested in research-focused schools. A few post-bacs I've spoken to have been able to get some clinical experience in, but I understand it will be difficult. I will try to continue tutoring online. Does this sound like a good plan?
