Yes, you need to apply more broadly. With stats like that, most people would probably consider applying to about 15 schools if they can afford to do so? From Doc Toothache's list, these schools have a 3.5 median GPA for accepted students last year and lower. Figure out which ones would work for you, not all of them are OOS friendly, Howard and Meharry only accept minorities, and apply to the rest. I just copied and pasted the list for you.

A better GPA and DAT score?? The rest of your app looks fine and there really isn't anything you can do in the next week or two to change that really. Your best bet is to apply to a lot of schools and hopefully your LOR's are glowing and your PS is top notch.
