Aim high. Any top 25 like Pitt, NYU, Mt Sinai, Cornell, Columbia, Case Western, Emory.

Do you have any other activities related to clinical medicine besides your limited shadowing hours? Any clinical volunteering? You lack of activities related to patient contact will hurt your application.

@theo177
Thanks! Any OOS friendly public schools you'd recommend?

@Faha
Thanks for the critique, but honestly I thought I was squared away with clinical hours. I have hundreds of hours of patient contact throigh volunteering a geriatric facility and physical therapy facility. Also, I have clinical experience doing ride-alongs as an EMT and providing care on my campus. I'll also be shadowing 2 more physicians this summer. Is that not enough?

That should be enough hours.

Unfortunately not too many - UMich, Stony Brook, RWJ come to mind.
