Mother is URM but I don't look URM and I dont consider myself "disadvantaged". . .

I need help adding to my MD list is there any schools that I would have a shot at besides these (I known brown and Dartmouth are reaches)

The Commonwealth Medical College accepts PA residents preferentially, definitely consider adding that.
Also a lot of the schools you have are "low yield" as in they have a lot of applicants, and relatively little room, just something to consider.
