Do you have the MSAR? If not get it and start there. Are you UIM? What is your state of residency? And we really do need to know about your ECs-clinical and non-clinical.

What are your EC's? Any shadowing or clinical volunteering hours?

MY ECs look like this:

~1500 Lab hours
- 6 months tutoring
~40 hrs shadowing
~6 months research
~ 2 1/2 years volunteering (different hospitals/departments)
~ 6 months Clinic employment

Meharry
Morehouse
FSU
U New Mexico
Marshall (WV)

All other DO schools

Unless OP is AA or worked with AA communities, morehouse, meharry is a waste.

Unless OP has ties with Florida or was a resident, FSU is a waste

You missed NM and WV!
NM is famous for not taking Californians (or anybody OOS unless Native).
WV has taken a few, but still...

My list currently looks like this:

1) Albany
2) California Northstate
3) Rosalind Franklin
4) Creighton
5) Drexel
6) Eastern Virginia
7) Quinnipiac
8) George Washington
9) Georgetown
10) Indiana U
11) Temple
12) Loma Linda
13) Loyola
14) Marshall
15) Medical College of Wisconsin
16) Meharry
17) New York Medical College
18) Oakland
19) Ohio State
20) Pennyslvania State
21) Thomas Jefferson
22) UC Davis
23) UCI
24) UCR
25) UCSD
26) Oklahoma U
27) Rochester
28) University of Vermont
29) U Washington
30) Commonwealth

Any help would be appreciated!

Yep, looked at all those schools and it didn't seem like a fit. :O

Your choice of MD schools will be limited due to your MCAT scores but you have a chance for an interview at these schools on your list:
1) Albany
2) California Northstate
3) Rosalind Franklin
4) Creighton
5) Drexel
6) Eastern Virginia
7) Quinnipiac
8) George Washington
9) Georgetown
11) Temple
12) Loma Linda
13) Loyola
15) Medical College of Wisconsin
17) New York Medical College
18) Oakland
20) Pennsylvania State
21) Thomas Jefferson
22) UC Davis
23) UCI
24) UCR
25) UCSD
28) University of Vermont
30) Commonwealth
You could add Western Michigan. Realistically you should be applying to at least 6 DO schools and you are competitive for any DO school. Some schools require a DO LOR.

Delete the HBCU's.
Delete U of WA (not WWAMI).
Delete Northstate (denied their students access to federal loans and payback mechanisms)
Delete Oklahoma!
Delete UCR unless you have a validated commitment to the IE.
Delete Loma Linda if you cannot swear that you are quite devout and will not drink alcohol or have sex outside of marriage.

All the above are actually or essentially mission-based schools.

I have already applied to 6 DO schools 😀 Just working on getting that DO LOR tho.

Thank you! I will look at the schools you took out again.

Can't recommend Commonwealth; they like people from the Scranton area. Delete UCSD (stats) UCR if you're not from the Inland Empire.

I suggest:

Quinnipiac

Oakland U Beaumont

WVU

EVMS

Rosy Franklin

MCW

Creighton

NYMC

VCU

Rush (note: very service/experience oriented with a 150hr service requirement. Avg student has 800 hours of community service, and >1800 hours of health care exposure.)

Loma Linda (but read their list of don'ts)

Albany

Netter
UCI
UCD

Any DO school, starting with Touro-CA and Western. Skip AZCOM and LUCOM.
