In order to be succinct and cogent, here are the stats!

MCAT: 510 (127/126/129/128)
cGPA: 3.88
sGPA: 3.85
LOR's: 5 Strong Letters to choose from (All tenured science professors that can speak on academic ability and character)

Race/Ethnicity: White Male
State of Residence: TX

Research: 350 Hrs of clinical research in a neuroscience lab (2 pending publications)
Clinical Volunteering: 300 Hours (PT clinic as a PT Tech, Hospice)
Shadowing: 45 Hours (20 Anesthesia, 25 Primary Care)
Community Service: 250 Hours (Underserved area where I was a tutor for two years)
Leadership: Strong leadership (So I was told by my healthcare advising office)

I am also very interested in primary care!

Here is my current school list:
- All Public Texas Medical schools (McGovern, UTRGV, TAMU, Long, TCOM,UTMB etc.)
- Baylor (I know this is a reach because of the MCAT score)
- OOS: Not sure. Should I apply to any out of state schools given my MCAT?

Also, is an MCAT retake worth it? My dream school is UTHouston, and I plan on applying this cycle.

Thank you all so much for your help! I really appreciate it.

Chances best with the TX schools, except Baylor. I do not think it's worth retaking the MCAT until you go through one cycle.

OOS MD schools are a no-go, as they know from historic norms that very few Texans leave the Lone Star State.

You're fine for any DO school.

Thank you so much for your help! My last question is this: How about UTSW? I know my MCAT is on the lower end, but I figured extensive research experience could make up for that to some degree.

your research experience is not considered extensive by UTSW standards, but if you have the money, why not?

Noted! I am hoping to be competitive enough for McGovern in Houston. Is there anything I can do in the last two months before applications open to help boost my application?
