I've wanted to do this for so long.
Hey everyone, Im applying to medical schools this cycle. And needed help with a solid school list (@Goro I'm looking at you)
GPA: 3.87 MCAT: 512 (130/127/128/127). Asian-American. Graduated from a state school. New York State Resident
Im aiming for 20 schools. Should I apply DO? I am interested in NYIT.
I have solid ECs: Volunteered over the span of 4 years at numerous hospitals, currently working full-time as a medical assistant. Did a summer research program where I worked on an independent project (poster presentation), researched at my institution, shadowed various specialties (50hrs), tutored underrepresented middle school students for a year, was a teaching assistant, and have around 100 hrs of community service.
