Here is a more realistic list:
USF Morsani and all other FL schools
Hofstra
U Toledo
U VM
St. Louis
Albany
Rochester
Rush
Rosy Franklin
MCW
NYMC
VCU
EVMS
Wake Forest
Jefferson
Temple
Tufts
Drexel
Creighton
George Washington
Georgetown
Emory
Tulane
Loyola
Netter
Oakland-B
Western MI
Seton Hall
TCU/UNT
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Any DO program. I can't recommend Touro-NY, Nova, Wm Carey, LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me. CalHS is too new and appears to be too limited in rotations sites.

U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. Oregon and Toledo are state public schools that accept few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. Howard accepts mainly applicants from the African American community. Cornell, UNC, Case Western, Mount Sinai, NYU, Emory are unrealistic reaches with your stats.
The other schools on your list are reasonable choices and you should receive several interviews.
