UofI has horrendous tuition for OOS students, so be aware.
Howard’s Mission is serving the AA population. They really only accept AAs.
You really aren’t competitive for Northwestern with your stats.
I’d look very closely at all of the state public schools on your list and see how OOS friendly they are, especially to applicants with your stats. You can use the MSAR to do this. In most instances state public schools give preference to instate residents.
Be aware that some schools average multiple MCAT scores. AMCAS rec this but there is no way to know which schools do and which schools don’t.
When are you applying?

Thanks for the response. I plan on applying this cycle. I already figured I wasn't competitive for Northwestern. I just applied to it as my throwaway school and figured why not just complete the secondary, but see where you are coming from.

Ive heard about schools averaging MCAT scores, but I realized at this point I'd like to take my chances since I'm pretty happy with a 511 as my retake.

I'll look more into each school to see how OOS friendly they are. Thanks again!

Some of your schools are unrealistic with your MCAT scores. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Toledo
Wright State
NEOMED
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Wayne State
Oakland Beaumont
Indiana
Medical College Wisconsin
Loyola
Rush
St. Louis
Creighton
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
Tulane
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Georgetown
West Virginia
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
