Trying to get a school list together, hoping for feedback on schools I may be competitive for.

Non-Trad, Male, Non-URM, Florida resident
sGPA: 3.67
GPA: 3.54
Odd situation with my grades in which I received about 9 F's freshman year, and took a long break from school. So my GPA is a little low. Except I have a great upward trend in which I received A's in all previously failed classes. AND maintained a 4.0 since I returned to school (sophomore, junior and senior year are all 4.0)
515 (129/127/130/129)
400 hrs clinical volunteer, various departments (include patient and physician contact)
25 hrs non-clinical volunteer
NO shadowing... unfortunately (curious how detrimental this will be....?)
Research project started through Program at university but was unable to complete due to COVID
Lots of teaching assistant positions: calculus, microbiology and micro bio lab, molecular biology, medical biochemistry, molecular biology lab
5 years of paid employment- with strong LOR from General Manager (non-clinical)
18 months of manager (leadership) experience over a team of about 10-15 employees

Would appreciate any suggestions! And happy to provide additional info
Thanks!

Hey Goro, apologies for the follow-up, don't mean to bug you with this a second time. But when I made the original post, I wasn't entirely familiar with the manner in which the AAMC calculates GPA's. Now that my application is verified my GPA is much lower than listed in this original post.

with a GPA @

sGPA: 3.4
Overall GPA: 3.25
F: 1.43
S: 0.53
J: 3.95
S: 4.0

am I completely screwed for MD?
How would you modify my school list?

Thank you!!!

Schools that reward reinvention will pay more careful attention to those last two years, rather than the cGPA

If you have a list of schools that you could copy and paste over, would be appreciated.
or if you could tell me where to find such a list
