I think you have a good chance at all of these with the exception of TCOM, which is true of anyone who is OOS and below their average stats. You may have had your pick of the list if you applied earlier but youll still likely have a few choices. Best of luck! And though I'm biased, look into Campbell too😉

two summers in mozambique and south africa building health clinic

leadership at church, drums at church, etc. all through college

~50 hours shadowing MD/DO's.

3 months math and science tutor at children's hospital

Strong letters of recommendation

school tours have zero effect on your app. besides, the people running the tours are not the decision makers.
also, this is a very bad time to be asking for a private tour when every school is busy interviewing hundreds of applicants.
