You should add a few more schools, maybe UDM, Nova, LECOM. Also UNC is tough for out of state so I would get rid of it.

Generally all schools are fond of URM as they all want to have a diverse class, but if you get the ADEA guide, they have a chart breakdown of the number of people each school interviews and accepts by race.
