I would add UCLA-Charles Drew and UCLA PRIME(if interesting in a MPH) to your list, which has a focus on underserved populations. I am URM as well with very similar stats and got interviews at these programs.

@Faha Is there a reason you don't suggest University of Miami Miller SOM, Virginia Tech, NYU Long Island, or the several other private institutions on MSAR that relatively fit OP's stats?

NYU has a median MCAT of 522 with a 10th percentile of 516 for out of state applicants. Virginia Tech has a class of only 43 students total with a strong instate and regional bias. Miami would be OK.
