Africa and Middle East School Transfer

I'M American studying in a North African University(medical uni.), I wish to transfer in the near future to An American University in the US, when I start my medical(clinical) years. I was wondering if medical schools in the US accept application from students at this stage and from North Africa, and if they do, can somebody give me a list of the universites(medical schools) that do accept.

Any help much appreciated.
