I am visiting Shenandoah on March 21st for their open house, and I was just wondering if anyone had any advice! I know these aren't end all be all, but I would really like to get the most out of my visit as far as asking the right questions, making the right impressions. What would you suggest wearing? What should I expect from the morning?

Thanks!

What I've noticed from open houses is that the school wants to show you why you should pick them. They'll probably have an info session where someone from the program will talk about the school, financial aid, and prerequisites for applying. Figure out what they're looking for and make sure that you will have all of the prereqs and observation hours to apply.

You may be able to talk to some current students so see if they have any tips on getting in and what they like/don't like about the program. They'll probably take you on a tour too

When I went to my open houses I dressed up a little (not as fancy as interview attire though). But there were some people who were wearing jeans.. So I think it's just a personal preference and it probably doesn't matter. But wear comfy shoes you can walk in for the tour

Wear business casual. Always a safe way to dress in a situation where full business attire may not be necessary.
