Moving to Pre-allo. School-Specific Discussions generally is for talking about applying to a specific medical school.

The general consensus is that you'll look bad if you wind up doing significantly worse at the 4-year (i.e. suddenly go from a 3.9 student to a 3.1), but if you manage to keep your good grades up for the most part (i.e. 3.9 to 3.6 or 3.5 wouldn't be a big deal) and get a good MCAT (the "great equalizer"), you'll be fine.
