School did not receive uploaded letter

Hi all,
I got an email from a school that they were not able to access the letter that one of my recommenders uploaded and to resubmit. But I didn’t get any notification of this sort from any other school. Should I just resubmit to this school or should I be wary that other schools could not view this letter either? Has this happened before?

See if your reference can connect with the school to resolve the issue directly.

Many admissions offices are swamped right now but if you email a few schools that you are seriously considering and ask if they can see your letter on their end, they will do their best to help answer this question.

You can call AMCAS and ask them to manually check the letters on file for you (while you're on the phone) to make sure they uploaded properly on their end. Chances are there's some issue there and you'll need to ask your recommender to resubmit to AMCAS. Once they resend it and AMCAS receives it, it'll automatically be resent to all the schools you assigned that particular letter to. If you sent the letters directly to the school instead of through AMCAS, definitely email the other schools to confirm they received and are able to access your letters.

Which letter service are you using? I would follow instructions and then assume that no news is good news from the other schools.

Yeah, I’m using the AMCAS individual letter requests. Since I’ve gotten application complete and interview holds I’m just going to assume that the letters went through at all the other places. Thanks for all the responses.
