schools accepting international students

I wonder how many and what d-schools accept international applicants without the green-card. I heard several private schools such as NYU, BU, USC, Nova, Upenn, Columbia..
But i'm not sure there are some possibility to be accepted to d-schools as an international student. Even though most of you here are U.S. students, do you have any information to help me?

I think all the Boston area schools take international students. In fact Boston is a magnet for international students.
