Schools Not Asking For Supplement/Fee??

Hi all - I submitted my application a couple of weeks ago, and I am taking the DAT next week (so technically my application is not complete). I just got an email from Temple:

"Thank you for your application to the four-year program at the Kornberg School of Dentistry. Please be informed that the school will not request the supplemental application and fee at this time. Please be assured that your application is being processed, and you need not call about your application status. Supplemental applications and fee may be requested mid-August."

Maybe I'm paranoid, but does this mean they are waiting until my DAT scores are in, or that I am not considered competitive enough right now (low GPA)?? The low GPA is a concern of mine...

No they prob sent it out to everyone, if you read carefully the supplemental won't be requested till mid-august

Thanks for replying! I figured that was the case, but I was worried my GPA was too low. If anyone else had a differing opinion please let me know! 🙂

Does anyone have an idea if Temple offers secondaries to qualified applicants, or just to everyone so they can get that secondary moola? Apologize in advance if it's already been posted somewhere on SDN.

I actually got into UDM... and never paid my secondary fee because I kind of just decided I didn't really want to go there. They invited me for an interview, I gave them a check for $75 the day of the interview, and they never cashed it LOL.
