here in Utah a new pharmacy school is slated to open up next Fall (2006). They don't require the PCAT, and in fact only require 60 credits undergrad, and I'm wondering if there are other schools like this? It is the College of Southern Nevada. http://sltrib.com/business/ci_3203886
What is the drawback to attending a school like this? Is a PharmD from here worth less than a PharmD elsewhere? thanks for the insights

I know most schools in California ignore the PCAT.

One problem with newer schools might be issues w/their gaining accreditation.
