Can we please do a thread on schools we know that are not yet interviewing? And if you know when they will start, please include that also. Thanks everyone! Here's what I know...

None of the UC's are interviewing yet (I have no idea when they are gonna be interviewing either). Add Mayo, Harvard, and Stanford too. I believe Yale, Washington U, and Johns Hopkins havent given interviews to normal MD canidates yet either (not MD/PhD), but I am not sure, so I wont add them.

I was the one who posted an NYMC interview. I just got the email notifying me of it last night....when I called today they said that this was the first round of invites that they sent- so plenty of time!

Praying- you can just call me DSMD..I think that Scooby has taken care of that. I finished my secondary 8/28, was complete 9/27 and just received my invite last night via email. They are only scheduling for October...strange. I asked for a date in early Nov because I would be in NYC and I just can't take anymore time off of work in Oct. She said that I would have to call back in a week when they opened up November...very interesting. Good luck.

Mayo is doing phone interviews, which are basically part one of its two part interview process. I am not sure whether that qualifies as interviews or not. They should be starting on-site interviews very, very shortly (like within a couple weeks).

Actually, take Northwestern completely OFF the list because some posters on another thread have confirmed their invites via online status check.

I'm pretty sure Umass and Tufts aren't interviewing yet, either. A friend called Tufts, and they came right out and said that they are way behind on the applications....

I think we should all get full tuition waivers for putting up with AMCAS. I have lost too much sleep over those jackasses.

No, Tufts is definitely interviewing, a friend of mine received her invite with her secondary. They are behind, but are sending invites out to "exceptional" candidates.

i interviewed at wayne in mid-september and interview at loyola in mid-october...they are both on track despite the AMCAS chaos.

Are you serious? I just spoke with Wayne and the lady in the admissions office specifically told me, "no verified app, no secondary". And I interviewed there this past February (waitlisted). Man, some of these schools, arrrghhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
