Top! I dunno if I'll post whether or not I'm accepted lol. I like being as anonymous as possible...

Have never felt more jealous reading a thread (srs).

I know Mt. Sinai gives their first round of acceptances in mid-November. I was told at my interview that if I do not hear back in November, I did not get in. How nerve-wracking is that? Do you think the school I'm interviewing at on Monday will let me know right then on the spot? I doubt it since their decisions don't usually go out until March... wouldn't that be much easier, though? Just a YES or NO as you walk out of your interview? I'd like to drop that in the suggestion box.

On a more serious note, good luck to everyone! At some point in the next several months I hope we will all experience the moment we have been waiting FOREVER for..... our first medical school acceptance! :luck::luck::luck:

Do you actually? Or is that you in your profile pic?

Hahahaha. No that's a guy on a late night news show on Fox news. The show is one big joke with tons of off color humor. The guy in my pic is Bill Schulz and his "persona" is kind of like a crazy homeless guy who experiments with drugs and lives in a box. He's pretty hilarious lol.

I think you may have misheard. I was told at my Sinai interview that if we had not heard back in November, we should contact them. We should hear back before Thanksgiving!

So those of us with Mt Sinai interviews in Oct will probably hear back as early as Nov!?

actually some applicants have gotten acceptances today!

I just loved how the poster felt the need to make sure we all know he's from Harvard, even though it's completely irrelevant to his point. The year is 2011 and I'm from Harvard...
