OSU MEDPATH vs accepted med schools

I have been blessed to receive two MD acceptances one mid tier ranked ~40ish on US news and one lower tier in state school. However, I was recently invited to complete OSU's MEDPATH program which is a conditional acceptance..... I know that quickly thinking about it, it's a no brainer - go with your acceptance now, but the program would undoubtedly strengthen my test taking skills bc they were low. (GPA is solid.) Also, OSU is a great med school and so I have given it SOME thought. Any insights from faculty, med students, physicians, or adcoms?

Tale the acceptance and run. No school is worth postponing your medical career for and a year worth of resident income. If you absolutely don’t want to go to either MD schools, call and tell them to accept me. I will gladly take your place 😉
