I have been looking everywhere to find PT schools ranked by tuition/size/etc. but only found US News ranking by quality.

use the PTCAS link and check out the comparison charts, don't think they compare tuit. but you will have the links to PTCAS and Non-PTCAS schools. Tuit changes yearly....doubt you'll find a chart of comps. Think most of us did did footwork

I made my own list of all the schools I was interested in, mostly FL schools, then looked up the tuition, test scores needed, pre-reqs required, class size, exam pass rate, ect... That helped me really, really, really decide where I wanted to apply and not just apply to a ton of schools. If you have a strong application, don't apply to a million schools, save your money because it gets so expensive. Not all schools have outrageous tuition. Just do your research. Mine will only be 50-60K altogether. Keep in mind also that tuition goes up every year. My school raised their tuition 15% this fall (ouch!)

Ditto, also made my own spread sheet w/ inportant info for comps
