Both PCO and ICO accept applicants without a bachelors, but which schools accept students who do not have a bachelors but instead more than 120 credits?

Just to be clear, a bachelor degree is composed of 120 credits.

So do you mean like...taken 120+ units at a 4 year university but no degree YET? Or 120+ units at a community college? I think that the schools either DO or DON'T accept applicants without a Bachelors. I'm pretty sure 120 units but no degree would fall under the category of no bachelors.

Agreed. You either have it or you don't. No way around it.
