Sorry if this has already been asked. Searched for hours and couldn't find anything.

Which schools ask if AmeriCorps/PeaceCorps was completed? I heard that Einstein asks if you completed one of these terms. Do any other schools ask?

I'm currently serving as a member and was just wondering.

Thanks!

When I applied to Tulane there was a question on the secondary asking if you did an Americorps or peace corps. If you clicked Yes and could prove it, they took a few bucks off the application fee. I'm pretty sure it also boosts your chances of getting an interview / acceptance there too.

Rochester seems to like these programs and service in general a lot. I would also recommend looking into the Jesuit schools, whether or not they officially ask.

Tulane asked, but I didn't get any sort of discount this cycle. Einstein didn't ask at all. Agree on Jesuit schools, especially Creighton. They are big on non-medical volunteering.

Tulane used to waive the secondary fee for AmeriCorps members, but they stopped doing that this year.
