Schools that don't use PTCAS GPA

PTCAS calculated my overall GPA at 2.87. I'm aware that some schools do their own calculation and take the highest or most recent grade for classes that were retaken. If that's the case my GPA will be ~3.2. I'm trying to see which schools don't use the PTCAS GPA calculation. So far I have Loma Linda, Western University, UNTHSC, and University of Maryland. Does anyone know any other schools that I could add to that list?
