I know that top schools have very high median MCATs and GPAs, but I keep seeing references to schools that seem to really value high stats over other metrics, such as ECs, etc., but have never seen a comprehensive list of them. Is this even true, and, if so, which schools would this apply to? It goes with saying that everyone needs to have a base level of the expected ECs, along with clearly evidenced motivation to become a MD, but is it true that a school such as, for example, WashU, really values stats more than a school such as Penn, or Hopkins?
Thanks!!! 🙂
Thanks!!! 🙂
