From my personal experience (18/18/15 and 3.82/3.91) Case Western and Creighton put my application on hold pending a retake on the DAT. I am assuming it's the PAT more than anything else. Kentucky also put me on a "hold for comparison" for all out of state applicants. I also think that the schools I never heard anything from (Pittsburgh)... not even "application complete" or "application under review" really emphasize the DAT and/or doesn't take a lot of out of state applicants. On the other hand, West Virginia sent me an interview invite in January for their 10 or so out of state spots. I don't know if that really helps you or not, but that's what happened with me.
