Schools that offer phone interviews or no interviews?

Does anyone know any OT programs that don't have interviews or allows phone interviews? I want to apply out-of-state but if I'm lucky enough to get invited to an interview, I doubt I can afford it.

Western Michigan University does not require an interview.
