Hi all, I couldn't find a compiled list of schools that require an osteopathic / DO letter or Biochem so I made one with the links to their page in the College Information Book. Hopefully it saves you some time when making your list.

*Anything that says "none" = could not find information. Feel free to post the information here and I will update the list.
*All info was from http://www.aacom.org/become-a-doctor/us-coms provided by the schools.

In previous years LECOM campuses have definitely required a DO letter by interviews at least, unless that has changed

When I interviewed at LECOM-B, this past season, if you didn't already have a DO LOR they took like 30 minutes from the interview day and had you sit down with a DO for a quick interview. He/She would then write you a letter that would fulfill the requirement.

Call and ask them though, they could easily have changed that overnight, and also I don't think you'll be able to send that letter out to other schools. So probably best to get an outside letter either way.

So they wanted something that said "I've known the applicant for 30 minutes" instead of a quick selfie?
