Indiana requires some for your first year and some fore second semester second year for endo. I don't think it should be a deciding factor. I just called an oral surgeon near me and told them I am collecting teeth for endo, emailed them the 'official letter,' then went in and picked up a jar as big as my head. Easy peasy.
