I am trying to put together a list of schools that are known (or even suspected) of seriously reviewing applications for interview invites WITHOUT the individual LoRs and/or the committee LoRs. My school is having some issues with its committee and timing and my letter might not get out until August (which I know is technically "on time' and NOT a death sentence).
I am trying to prioritize my school list in terms of pre-writing/writing secondaries so that I can submit the secondaries first for the schools that might review my application BEFORE the LoRs. Because theoretically my application (even with early secondaries) will not be complete at majority of the schools without them receiving my letter till August anyways (in which case pre-writing secondaries was kind of a waste).
One school that I know of: USC-Keck.
