I'm applying for the 2011 cycle and plan to take my mcat july 31. Since some schools screen primaries, how what will my situation be if I turn in my primary during may or june? I heard that you can get your primaries approved without an mcat score but how does this work with these type of schools?

It really depends on the school. I think some just screen GPAs, while some screen GPAs and MCATs. You may just have to take a good long look at the application pages for the different schools you're interested in or contact somebody in admissions to find out how the situation is handled (it may be worth your while to peruse the AACOMAS website for information on the situation, as there's bound to be something related to it there).

There will be a spot on your application where you indicate when you plan on taking the exam...If you dont have scores, they should hold your application until they receive them. Just make sure you release your scores to AACOMAS as soon as your able to.
