hi.
if a school has a deadline of october 15, is that tonight (10/14) at midnight or tomm (10/15) at midnight?

I would guess either way it doesn't matter since it's so late (you most likely won't get an II).
But to answer your questions, I would assume at 12:00am tonight (the start of 10/15)

I'd say it is likely 11:59 PM on 10/15. Each school could be different / are in different timezones, so be careful. It is getting quite late though. I would expect AMCAS to not be able to accept money/application if it is past the deadline (assuming you are talking about the primary deadline).
