Hello all. Procrastination is a b*tch isn't it? Well, this year, I am getting ALL of my stuff ready EARLY (meaning NOW!!!!). I am quite excited to apply again this year because I'm making improvements in my application (more experience, and a few A's).

Anyways, what schools in CA or anywhere else starts accepting app's soon? I know pharmcas starts in June but I am looking for those rolling admissions schools that start accepting app's maybe in early June?

touro - rolling, definitely apply early
uop - has a three tier system (copied from website):
* Tier 1 - Applications completed between July 1 and August 1
* Tier 2 - Applications completed between August 2 and September 1
* Tier 3 - Applications completed September 2 through November 1
usc - i believe is rolling
llu - splits applications into two groups: early (by october?) and regular (dec deadline)
western - i don't think is rolling, but i have no idea really
ucsd, ucsf - not rolling: you can turn them in on the postmark deadline and be okay

Don't forget the ever-risky "early acceptance" programs. In NC, Campbell University offers this and will take your app very early and notify you by October for sure one way or the other. The reason this is risky is because PharmCas will only let you apply to THAT ONE SCHOOL if you check the "early acceptance" box. So if you don't get in, you're now applying relatively LATE for all the other hopeful schools.

Last year Shenandoah started interviewing in October and notified people of acceptances within a week or so. They may begin interviews earlier this year...just have to wait and see. But, yeah, they are on rolling admissions.

Mercer in GA has rolling admission - I believe they start interviewing in September. They say right on the website that it is an advantage to apply early in the application pool.

Midwestern - CCP is also on rolling admissions and they suggest getting your application in as early as possible. I knew people who were accpeted in October.

The thing is, I'm only looking for non-PCAT schools (all CA schools and some out of states). The next PCAT test is in June so yeah, won't have that ready yet.
