Does anyone know which schools have basically stopped sending interview invites? I know that Case Western has booked all of their post Dec interviews. They will only send out invites to people as others cancel their appointments. Does anyone know of other schools that are done with major batch interview invites?

Marquette is also done.

I want to try to bring this thread back alive. Anyone have new insight as to which schools have stopped interviews?

What difference does it make? Call the schools you applied to and ask if they have stopped.

Pittsburgh sent me an invite today saying it was for their last interview date...so guess they are done.

I am pretty sure this is not true. I called Marquette last Friday to see what would happen to anyone who was put on hold after Dec. 3rd and the counselor stated that they were seats still available, but the were/are waiting receiving the deposits from those accepted Dec. 3rd. She even stated that it is basically a waiting game now and in a week or two another round of interviews should be going out.

As of now UNE has stopped giving out anymore interviews and is meeting later on in the month to determine if they will need to interview more. So it seems you can add UNE to the list.

Just got an interview invite from Indiana University and they stated that the current interview invites were for alternate spots only!

Do u mind to share u r OOS or in-S?

I got one last week as well..OOS

Yeah, same here... OOS. Declining though. It's not worth it to spend money to go to an interview knowing its for an alternate spot unless its your top choice or you don't have an acceptance yet.

If the UOP interview is scheduled for end of Jan, I'm pretty sure you're okay for getting an acceptance for a seat. The lady implied that the interviews that will be sent out at the end of this month, will be conducted in end Feb/early March, which would probably be for waitlist positions at that time, because they're assuming the class will be full by then. Good luck!

Does 2PacClone have a UoP interview? Doesn't their interview guarantee a spot, if not in the current cycle then the next?

No idea if he had an interview or not, I assumed he did by the way people responded. But yea, an interview there generally means an acceptance. If you're waitlisted, you'll be accepted for the next cycle no matter what--so it's a delayed acceptance in a sense.
