Schools will hold my application for MCAT re-take?

Which schools put your application on hold (meaning no secondaries) if you have an MCAT score, but choose to re-take the exam and indicate that fact on your AMCAS? Even if my MCAT meets or exceeds their minimum scores for consideration?
