There are many schools where you have a guarantee admission as long as you maintain a certain gpa. They are called 0-6 programs, and you have to find them via each state.

Creighton has a similar program, but it's not like a traditional 0+6 school where out-of-state and transfer students are rare. Drake is a 0+6 school but one has to apply to the program during high school like any other 0+6 school.
I know St. Bonaventure University in New York has a program that you go three years there and then three years at LECOM. The spot at LECOM is guaranteed when you enter St. Bonaventure
Which undergrad schools have a deal where if you maintain a certain GPA, you are guaranteed admission to the pharm program?
Mercer Univ. in GA, but I think they also have to take PCAT.

UOP in Stockton does. If you get admitted as a freshman in any one of their programs (2+3, 3+3 or 4+3) and maintain you GPA, pass your writing sample and interview you get admission into pharmacy school.
I am a second year 3+3 student there right now. It's really hard to maintain your GPA mainly because the science clases are so difficult.

I am not applying there-but Ole Miss Pharmacy School does!
ole miss does not. You have to interview on interview day just like everyone else. You also have to take the pcat and get a competitive score as well. I go there now and that is what my advisor told my pre-pharm class.
